jilliv Terms and Conditions

Please read our terms and conditions carefully before using this platform — this is a legal agreement between you and jilliv.

1 Introduction and Acceptance

jilliv (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we" or "our") is an online casino and betting service provider operating for users in Bangladesh. By accessing this website or mobile platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are automatically considered to have accepted these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are prepared in accordance with the applicable laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. You are requested to read this document in full before using the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

This platform is for adults aged 21 and over only. Use by minors is strictly prohibited.

2 Eligibility Requirements

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account and play betting or casino games on the jilliv platform:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Only one account may be opened in your own name.
  • All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful.
  • You must not be located in any country or region where receiving such services is prohibited by law.
  • You must not be a professional athlete or referee in the sport on which you wish to place a bet.

Identity Verification (KYC)

jilliv may at any time request a national identity card, passport or other government-issued documents to verify a user's identity. Withdrawals may be suspended until verification is complete. If false information is provided, the account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

3 Account Management

Account Registration

Each person may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be forfeited. Keep your account username and password completely confidential.

Account Security

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. The user is solely responsible for the security of their account. Allowing a third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.

Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. jilliv also reserves the right to close any account without notice in cases of terms and conditions violations.

4 Financial Transactions: Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at jilliv is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposit processing time is generally instant, but delays may occur due to technical reasons.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. The deposit method used must be the same method used for withdrawal, and the account must be fully verified.

  • Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once they are being processed.
  • In the case of suspicious transactions, jilliv may suspend payment pending investigation.
  • All deposits and withdrawals must be made using only registered payment methods.
  • Deposits or withdrawals to third-party accounts are not accepted.

5 Bonus and Promotion Policy

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳17,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times. This means you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before withdrawing from the bonus. Certain games may not contribute to bonus wagering.

General Bonus Terms and Conditions

  • Each bonus offer has a set validity period — any unused bonus will be forfeited after expiry.
  • Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
  • jilliv reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • Bonuses are for legitimate personal use only — using bonuses for commercial purposes is prohibited.
  • If abusive or unusual betting patterns are detected, the bonus will be cancelled.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

General Betting Rules

All bets are final and binding. Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded. If incorrect odds are given due to a technical error, jilliv reserves the right to void that bet.

Sports Betting

jilliv offers betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi and many other sports. Odds are subject to change during live betting. jilliv is not responsible for delays in accepting bets due to connectivity issues.

Casino Games

All games are operated through software from certified game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt). The outcome of each game is controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and is completely fair. Any attempt to influence the outcome of a game will be treated as fraudulent behaviour.

There is always risk involved in gambling. Only play with money you can afford to lose without affecting your finances.

7 VIP Program and Cashback

The jilliv VIP program has 5 tiers. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is shown below:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
  • Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
  • Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP tier advancement depends on the user's activity on the platform. jilliv reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms and conditions at any time. Wagering conditions also apply to cashback bonuses.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilliv platform:

  • Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
  • Providing false information for the purpose of misusing bonuses.
  • Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
  • Operating games using computer software, bots or automated methods.
  • Attempting to compromise the security or functionality of the platform.
  • Abusive or threatening behaviour toward other users.
  • Assisting minors in opening accounts or playing games.

If any of the above activities are proven, all funds including deposits will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

jilliv is committed to protecting your personal information. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure. Your information is not sold to any third party. However, information may be provided to relevant authorities where there is a legal obligation to do so.

12 Limitation of Liability

jilliv is not liable under any circumstances for the following:

  • Loss caused by internet connectivity issues.
  • Games being disrupted due to third-party software errors.
  • An account being compromised due to the user's own negligence.
  • Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters or government directives.

The platform is provided on an as-is basis. No guarantee can be given as to the uninterrupted or error-free nature of the service.

13 Right to Amend Terms

jilliv reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will take effect from the time they are published on the website. Users will be notified by email or through the platform in the case of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the new terms.

14 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute relating to these terms and conditions, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, mediation will be sought. Users may contact our support team regarding any complaint or dispute.
